1. Lawful use
RadiusBiller may only be used for lawful ISP, billing, subscriber, network and related business operations.
You must not use the service in a manner that violates applicable law, regulation, court order or the rights of another person.
2. Prohibited security activity
- Unauthorised access to accounts, systems, routers, NAS devices or data.
- Credential theft, password attacks or bypassing access controls.
- Introducing malware, destructive code or malicious commands.
- Scanning, probing or testing systems without written authorisation.
- Interfering with the availability or integrity of the platform.
- Attempting to access another tenant’s workspace or information.
3. Prohibited data and communications activity
- Uploading information obtained unlawfully.
- Fraud, impersonation, deception or falsified customer records.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or abusive communications.
- Processing data without appropriate authority or lawful basis.
- Publishing confidential information without permission.
4. Responsible resource use
You must not use scripts, integrations or automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens or disrupts RadiusBiller infrastructure.
Rate limits, capacity controls and reasonable-use restrictions may be applied to protect service reliability.
5. Network integrations
Only authorised administrators may configure RADIUS, MikroTik, NAS, payment or messaging integrations.
You are responsible for confirming credentials, IP addresses, secrets, permissions and tenant ownership before enabling live actions.
6. Enforcement
Suspected violations may be investigated. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, protect tenants or comply with law.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
