1. Our role
RadiusBiller may act as a data controller for website, onboarding, account, billing and support information collected directly from you.
When RadiusBiller processes subscriber or customer information on behalf of an ISP tenant, RadiusBiller may act as a service provider or data processor while the ISP remains responsible for its relationship with those subscribers.
2. Information we collect
- Company and ISP information.
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers and contact details.
- Account, administrator and authentication information.
- Trial and demonstration application details.
- Billing, payment and subscription records where applicable.
- IP address, browser, device, security and activity information.
- Support enquiries, feedback and communications.
- Customer and operational data submitted by authorised ISP tenants.
3. Why we use information
- To review trial and demonstration requests.
- To create, secure and administer approved ISP workspaces.
- To provide billing, customer, RADIUS and operational features.
- To authenticate users and prevent unauthorised access.
- To communicate service, security and support information.
- To investigate misuse, fraud, errors and security incidents.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- To improve platform reliability and user experience.
4. Lawful processing
Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed because it is necessary to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, comply with a legal obligation, protect legitimate interests or because valid consent has been provided.
ISP tenants are responsible for establishing their own lawful basis for customer and subscriber information placed in RadiusBiller.
5. Sharing information
Information may be shared with authorised personnel, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, professional advisers and other service providers where reasonably required to operate RadiusBiller.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory authority or where necessary to protect rights, security and public safety.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. International processing
Some infrastructure or service providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where this occurs, appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards should be used as required by applicable law.
7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ between unsuccessful applications, active tenants, billing records, security logs and backups.
8. Security
RadiusBiller uses technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure.
No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users must also protect credentials, devices and administrator access.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent.
Requests may require identity verification. Certain information may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
RadiusBiller may use essential cookies for security, sessions, forms and basic website operation.
Additional analytics or preference technologies will be described in the Cookie Notice and used subject to applicable consent requirements.
11. Children
RadiusBiller is a business platform intended for ISPs and authorised business users. It is not designed for use by children as platform administrators.
