1. Acceptance of these terms
By applying for a trial, requesting a demonstration, creating an account or using RadiusBiller, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Where you use RadiusBiller on behalf of an ISP, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The RadiusBiller service
RadiusBiller provides tools for managing ISP customers, plans, subscriptions, payments, RADIUS operations, routers, usage records and related operational workflows.
Features may be introduced, modified, restricted or discontinued as the platform develops.
3. Trial workspaces
Trial applications are subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not automatically create a tenant or activate a trial.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an approved trial lasts 14 days from the date the workspace is manually activated.
We may refuse, suspend or end a trial where information is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or where use presents a security or operational risk.
4. Accounts and authorised users
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting administrator credentials.
You must ensure that only authorised personnel access your ISP workspace and that access is removed when no longer required.
- Do not share administrator credentials between unrelated users.
- Use strong passwords and available security controls.
- Notify RadiusBiller promptly if account compromise is suspected.
5. Customer and ISP data
Your organisation retains ownership of the customer, billing, network and operational data it submits to RadiusBiller.
You grant RadiusBiller permission to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise handle that data only as required to provide, secure and support the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process information entered into the platform.
6. Integrations and network actions
Some RadiusBiller features may interact with FreeRADIUS, MikroTik, NAS devices, payment providers, messaging services or other third-party systems.
You are responsible for confirming that configuration details and authorisations are correct before enabling an integration or live network action.
Public trial and demo forms do not themselves perform RADIUS, router, billing or payment actions.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the RadiusBiller Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
You may not use RadiusBiller to gain unauthorised access, interfere with systems, distribute malicious software, commit fraud or process unlawfully obtained data.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Intellectual property
RadiusBiller, its software, branding, interface, documentation and original content remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms do not transfer ownership of RadiusBiller intellectual property to you.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, prevent harm or address non-payment.
On termination, access may be disabled and data may be retained or deleted in accordance with contractual, operational and legal requirements.
11. Disclaimers and liability
RadiusBiller is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before commencing formal proceedings.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service, law or operational requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
Questions about these terms may be sent to the legal contact shown below.
